These modern, high-quality semi-detached homes are situated in a pleasantly quiet location in the popular and lively Dorf neighborhood. From there, the village center, a variety of shopping options, as well as restaurants and cafés are all within walking distance and can be reached in no time. On Wednesdays, the weekly market featuring regional products takes place on the market square. The commercial district is within walking distance. The South Beach is also just a few minutes’ walk away.

Thanks to their location and amenities, these semi-detached homes are particularly family-friendly—children are warmly welcome here. The large, fully fenced-in gardens also make for a wonderful, worry-free vacation with your dog. The fence is 160 cm high and features a 5-meter-long, harmonious beach-themed covering that provides privacy. Families can bring up to 3 dogs with them on vacation to St. Peter Ording. The houses feature electric outdoor roller shades, allowing for a cozy lie-in and some privacy.

Thanks to the open passage to the furnished terrace and the large floor-to-ceiling windows, the maritime-themed living room feels wonderfully bright and inviting.
The furnishings include a very comfortable corner sofa.
The whole family can take a seat at the dining table on elegant wicker chairs, while a large flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi provide multimedia entertainment.

The separate kitchen is modern and equipped with high-quality appliances. The inventory includes, among other things, a large ceramic cooktop with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a high-end De’Longhi coffee machine, and a Ninja air fryer.

The kitchen window and the patio door are fitted with insect screens.

A washing machine is available in the utility room, and the first floor also features a guest restroom. The staircase is equipped with a dog safety gate. Special features include a height-adjustable dog bar and a high-quality dog bed.

On the upper floor, there are three bright, modern bedrooms. One is furnished with a large 180x200 cm double bed; the second features a 140x200 cm double bed with a flat-screen TV; and the third bedroom has a single bed. All three bedroom windows are fitted with insect screens.

The floor also features a comfortable bathroom with a tub and a separate toilet.
