Spacious and beautiful ground floor house in a very quiet area of Sant Martí de Empúries.
With a magnificent private swimming pool, a luxury to dream of with this holiday home.
The house has a barbecue, a garden and a large terrace to spend pleasant evenings with family and friends.
It also has Wi-Fi and parking.
TV channels only in French.
With more than seven kilometers of coastline, L'Escala can surely offer a corner that suits the tastes of any bather.
