Can't imagine a more convenient place to stay when exploring Kaunas as a tourist - or a theatre attendee. Very central, very close to public transport and loads of shops. Kitchen with appliances downstrairs is also a bonus.

We had a pleasant stay. The location is very convenient, and although the parking area is limited, there were still available parking spaces when we arrived. The apartment is well equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, and everything you need for a comfortable stay, making it feel like a real home. Even the standard room includes useful amenities such as a kettle and a private bathroom with a shower or bathtub. We also appreciated the self check-in process. All instructions were sent on time, were easy to understand, and clearly explained where to go, what to do, and how to access the property.

Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with our booking. We had reserved an apartment, but when we arrived, we discovered that neither of the two air conditioners was working. Considering how hot the weather was, it was impossible to stay comfortably in the apartment. We called the provided phone number for assistance. Although it was Sunday and we were initially told that the issue could not be fixed that day, the staff kindly offered us a standard double room as an alternative. Of course, it did not include the apartment’s advantages, such as the kitchen and washing machine, which we had specifically chosen and expected. However, we really appreciated that they found us a replacement room instead of leaving us without a solution. They also refunded the price difference between the apartment and the standard room when we requested it, which we thought was very fair. Throughout the whole situation, the staff were friendly, helpful, and understanding. One small downside is that the bathtub in the standard room is quite high and the surface is rather slippery, so it is important to be careful when getting in and out. There is also a shared kitchen and a laundry room available for guests. However, the kitchen is quite basic. It has a microwave and a kettle, but there is no stove or cooktop for preparing meals. It would be a great improvement if there were at least a simple cooking facility. Another thing worth mentioning is that breakfast is not available, even though there was a sign in the elevator saying that guests could enjoy breakfast. This was a bit confusing, as no breakfast was actually offered during our stay. Since breakfast is not provided, having a proper cooking area in the shared kitchen would make the stay much more convenient for guests.
