Absolutely appalling experience at the Radisson Hotel Kaunas. I would give 0 stars if I could. I stayed here after having surgery in Lithuania, so cleanliness and basic care were extremely important. Unfortunately, this hotel completely failed in every possible way. Despite repeatedly asking reception AND speaking directly to the maids on numerous occasions, our room was not cleaned properly for 10 DAYS. There was blood from my surgery and antiseptic stains left all over the bedding throughout our entire stay. We were not provided with fresh towels, clean bedding, or even basic hygiene standards you would expect from any hotel, let alone one claiming to be a quality establishment. The staff showed little to no care or urgency when we raised these issues multiple times. On top of that, there were hidden charges added that were never properly explained to us, which only made the experience worse. This was not only disgusting but completely unacceptable, especially for someone recovering from surgery. I have genuinely never experienced such poor cleanliness, customer service, and lack of professionalism from a hotel before. Avoid this hotel if you expect cleanliness, honesty, or staff that actually care about their guests.
