This is anything but 5 star.
First, we didnt get the room i booked and paid for. Towels had holes in, shower was disgustingly dirty, kettle was broken, blinds couldnt open, breakfast is samples of 1’s (not buffet). Spa is a 1 star with mismatched towels and tissue's for eye patches. Im so so so disappointed. Will not recommend at all. Staff bicker and moan so loudly youre put off from any form of welcome. Horrible experience. GM didnt even bother to come down and meet said he is not going to get into a one on one argument with me. Pathetic!

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

We were very disappointed with our recent stay. When booking online, the room shown was quite different from the one we were given upon arrival. We were expecting a room by the pool, as advertised, but were instead placed in a much smaller standard room at the back of the property. When we raised this, we were told we shouldn’t have booked online—something that was both surprising and frustrating. While the service itself was great, the experience was not what we had expected, and unfortunately, we don’t think we’ll be returning. It's disappointing when the room promoted online doesn’t reflect what guests actually receive.
