Excellent location. Room is spacious, clean.
Shared quad/recreation area meant I had to stay in my room door with the door closed, because of smokers, which was a pity. There are ample seating and tables in the quad, and it looks like a nice living area.
The fridge in my room was buzzing, so I had to plug it out, and use the communal fridge in the kitchen. Minor inconvenience.

Very well situated, in walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. Very quiet area and peaceful. We stayed over to run the West Coast marathon and it was close to the start.
Its the only place I've stayed where they never allowed you back after the race for a quick shower. So driving 2hrs home sweaty and dirty after my race wasn't great.

We arrived an hour later after check in time, but Irene was very friendly at our arrival.
Well, I found the shower difficult because you had to get into the bath and use a hand shower.
