Bwthyn Ty Newydd is a detached cottage in a rural location near the village of Llangadfan, 11 miles from Welshpool. The cottage sleeps two people in one double bedroom. There is also a shower room, a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and dining area. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with a patio, barbecue and hot tub. Bwthyn Ty Newydd is a wonderful, cosy cottage in an ideal holiday destination for a spot of relaxing or sightseeing whatever the time of year
Amenities: LPG central heating with woodburning stove. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Rear lawned garden with patio, BBQ and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Please note: No electrical vehicle charging at this property. The nearest electric charging point is at Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway.

Town: The small, traditional village of Llangadfan in Powys is an excellent central location for exploring all of Mid Wales and beyond into Snowdonia and Shropshire. Llangadfan boasts Glyndwrs Way footpaths and the Foel Ramble, a 4 mile walk overlooking the hills of Montgomeryshire and also it is close to the Cambrian and Berwyn mountain ranges where there is wonderful scenery in all directions. The village also has a pub/restaurant and a shop/tea room, and the Cann Office Hotel, just one mile away has a bar, restaurant and gardens and was formerly Cae ’n Fos, a medieval fortified camp on a bend on the River Banwy.
