    Great location, spotless room, good shower nice bed. This was our 2nd stay and both times seemed to be an issue with the included parking, owner not very welcoming. No smiles on both stays. = Uncomfortable We wanted to stay here mainly because it is very close to the Buff House where we like to eat and listen to the great Thai band. First experience had an issue with parking and no hot water. Room had a tiny window but was clean and nice. Staff not friendly or helpful. Convinced my wife to give it a second go because of the location, however again the arrival was not friendly or helpful , not a good start. This time it was the owner not happy for us to park next the hotel ( I have a nice new car / so that was not the issue ) ( expensive camera gear in the car so like to park close. Wanted me to park down the lane further even though there were plenty of car places near the entrance. No idea why. Also hotel was not full / mid week off season so even more reason to be no issues. Convinced 2 other couples to also stay ( 3 rooms total. ) Staff opened one of their doors before check out for no reason. They came back to their room in the morning after breakfast to find the door open. ???? 2nd stay good hot water this time but spa bath had an issue so could not use it. Check out again was cold , no smiles, like they were doing our 3 couples a favour and happy that we were leaving.
