    Hotel Baanrincome was honestly one of the nicest places I've ever stayed at in Chiang Mai. The room was so beautifully designed and decorated, and everything was incredibly well maintained. The cleanliness was also exceptional — you could really tell that the place was very well looked after. The staff were so nice and helpful, and the service was great throughout our stay. The room itself felt so warm and homey, and staying here honestly felt like staying at your nicest friend's house. It was such a comfortable place to come back to. The main downside, however, is the location. Being right in the Nimman area is super convenient and perfect if you want to immerse yourself in the neighborhood, explore the area, and enjoy its vibe. But that also means you're surrounded by nightlife. When we arrived, we immediately noticed that earplugs had been placed on the bedside table, so we already had a feeling that the noise situation might be pretty serious. And, sure enough, the noise at night lasted until around 4 AM. The noise came from both the music from the nearby clubs and the talking and chatting of people coming out of them. The earplugs were definitely necessary for me to get a good night's sleep. So just keep this in mind if you're someone who really needs a quiet room at night. Other than that, this place was absolutely fabulous. Lovely room, great service, great staff, and a really comfortable atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend staying here if nighttime noise isn't a dealbreaker for you!

    This stay in Nimman is a small hotel, super worthy, super clean, conveniently located. The staff are attentive, although breakfast order was sent wrongly, they go extra mile to change it

    The lobby were empty in the night, and even sometimes in the daytime, without attending staff. It’s like self help hotel but the facility was good.
