    The room was actually pretty good but the hotel itself is a lacking. Swimming pool was under maintenance which wasn't known beforehand and disappointed my 3 year old. No lift either so getting up and down with a child wasn't the best. Our toddler got sick and vomited on the bed, which hotel charged us for and this was again reiterated as we were about to depart for the hospital. Zero compassion. Wouldn't stay here again to be honest though I think it's a good price for a good location - probably better for people without kids.

    I've been staying here for several years when I come through the Nimman area and it's one of my favorite places to stay! Great location, quiet despite the area, and always comfortable. While the rooms show a little wear and tear, they are very clean and the whole property is well-kept.

    If you're looking for a place to stay by yourself in Chiang Mai, this is one of those you should consider. Affordable and in the middle of Nimman; you can easily walk around to restaurants, cafes, or other stores in this shopping district.

    It is well located, staff is friendly and smily, rooms are big and nice, quiet place, perfect to visit Chiang Mai !
