    On 20th April around 2pm We reach Melodi Hotel and checked in to the room. We were given a room with a broken window lock, and the air conditioner couldn't be adjusted up and down, and its swing was broken, then I called the customer service downstairs. She said she would send someone to check it out. In less than 5 minutes, a lady cleaner came up and have look to us. She said will get back to us soon. Adter a min counter Malay girls call us and told me that my girlfriend sit on the bed and couldn't change it, because it would be troublesome to change the sheets. I said we would wait for you to come up, and we didn't want to encounter these problems. Then your receptionist told me that every room had a problem with the window lock. Which meant that they didn't want us to change rooms. Then I told her that you said my girlfriend sit on the bed so we couldn't change and that there were problems with the air conditioner and the window lock. I couldn't accept this reason. It because I had booked it online early that cost around 750 thai. When I got to the receptionist, I saw the walk-in It was cheap at only 700 thai, so I dont mind the cost. However, you couldn't even give me a room change for these small requests. I was really disappointed. Then at 3am midnight, a group of Indian guests started yelling in the corridor at Lv5. They playing loud music, and banging on the door. Then it happened again at 5:30 in the morning. We didn't get much sleep the whole night and your hotel didn't even go to see if it would disturb other guests. I won't book in your hotel again and also will not recommend my relatives or friends. I hope you can improve! Customer service is very important. 🙂‍↔️

    I recently stayed at this hotel and while the location and staff were satisfactory, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the bedding. The sheets were noticeably wrinkled and had a lingering smell that resembled cigarette smoke. It gave the impression that the linens hadn’t been properly laundered after the previous guest checked out. This significantly affected my comfort during the stay. I strongly recommend that the hotel improve its housekeeping standards, especially regarding the freshness and hygiene of the bedding. Clean, odor-free linens are a basic expectation for any guest, and I hope this issue will be addressed for future visitors.
