    Near to BTS station. Quiet area compared to pratunam. Walking distance to 7 eleven.

    The best feature of this hotel is definitely the location. Super close to Phraya Thai BTS and the famous Factory coffee shop. Lots of restaurants and eateries nearby, also the infamous Let's Relax massage chain. However, apart from the large tub, the room is lacking in a few important factors. The most noticeable is that the walls and doors are not sound proof. Every time someone opened their door or walked past ours, we could hear it. We were also unlucky enough to be next door to a couple who set off the fire alarm twice in the middle of the night. So any time a staff member's walkie sounded, we could hear their whole conversation. This disrupted our sleep almost every night. Reception staff also did not speak much English, but you can always use google translate when asking them for help. The shampoo/conditioner was also of poor quality. Good thing we brought some, otherwise we would've had to buy from the pharmacy. The shower water pressure was weak, so showering with long hair would take a long time. Towel quality is not ideal as for two days, my towel had holes in them. However these are very minor details. All in all, I think this hotel is great option for those who are looking for convenience and it is also really affordable.
