    I have stayed here a number of times. Great location between 2 BTS stations. Swimming pool, gym great breakfasts. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Happy to recommend.

    This is the view I paid for? You have to pay 1000 thb more for deposit in only CASH! I can’t believe it’s called 4 star hotel. There is not 2nd chance for this hotel again. I will never visit it again

    ⚠️ WARNING: some of the Hotel staff stole my money! I locked US dollars in the room safe and only discovered some cash missing at check-out. The theft was subtle and hard to spot unless you count money every day. During my stay, my room ceiling was opened. Front desk said maintenance can enter rooms without guests’ approval. I requested to check surveillance cameras to find who entered my room, but they kept delaying. They only have hallway cameras with no ID check for people swiping room cards. Staff have access to safe keys. Terrible hygiene: dusty floors, dirty bed sheets and stained towels. I booked via multiple platforms. When asking for full stay invoices, they said older records were lost after I changed rooms. I tipped staff daily. Strongly avoid this hotel!
