    I only stayed at this property two nights and I loved that I had access to a microwave inside my room and not in a common area. It also had a lovely patio. I was able to hand wash my clothing and hang it outside. I never actually sat on the patio because it was rather hot the two days I was there. This was a last-minute booking so I got a really good deal on the price over 50% off and I was grateful to be able to have such comfortable lodging on a budget.

    I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is very clean, and the rooms look exactly like the photos. My room faced the garden, and it was incredibly quiet — you can barely hear any street noise. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and fresh drinking water was provided every day. The bed was comfortable, with a medium-firm mattress. The whole neighborhood is calm and pleasant. Just a few minutes away you’ll find great cafés and massage places, so you don’t need to go into the busier parts of Chiang Mai to enjoy good food or treatments. If you’re looking for a quiet area within Chiang Mai, this is a great choice. I even extended my stay for a few more nights. Small things to improve: The lighting in the room is quite cold, and the bathroom could use an extra light near the mirror. But these are minor details.
