    For me what docked the rating was the breakfast. If you are looking for an intercontinental breakfast you will not find it here. It is highly catered to the Asian taste which is nice and OK, but not for me personally at 8am. So i went out to eat even though included in the price or I had toast. On the bright side the hotel room is very clean and the rooms are big. If you just need a cheaper place to sleep and shower and no other facilities this is ok. There is a swimming pool and steam room. Swimming pool is 120cm deep max. Small but ok size for BKK. Location OK but theres better located hotels.

    The staff here made me feel very uncomfortable, and the hallways were filled with constant chatter and laughter of Chinese Tour Group members. I generally don't have an issue if you can't hear it in the room, but I could. The facilities were also lacking, with most areas dirty or lacking due to rundown equipment/care to replace. The room was a 6/10, with the highlight being the bathroom. I wouldn't stay here again due to the lobby being on the "2nd" floor of the building, making getting in and out of the hotel a game of hotseat with the elevators. Not fun.

    It’s very quiet hotel and have to check out at 11pm for our late flight The front desk agent is available at the coffee shop downstairs and he was playing on his phone and very unprofessional while i was trying to check out he was taking his time as he was still playing his games in his phone
