I was unable to stay due to the war in Iran, I was stuck at work in Iraq but despite previous messages this hotel did not respond to my request to rebook or some refund. They took 100% of my money. Circumstances change and people may have emergencies they cannot show or turn up for the dates booked. Many hotels respect this and listen however this hotel ignore you and even though the request went through Agoda first they refused any form of a refund. When you book they do not have an option to cancel within 24hrs of the start of the booking like 1000s of other hotels do. If you are going to book this hotel and have an unforeseen problem then be very careful as you will not get any refund after the free cancellation expires. There free cancellation ends 2 weeks before arrival, this is the best they offer. So this review is not about the hotel or rooms but more about their very bad customer service. Be careful when booking and make sure nothing will happen after the free cancellation or you will lose all of the money you paid. This is a true experience what has just happened to me.

The hotel has potential, but I had some major issues with pests in my room. Over the course of my stay, I encountered a cockroach, a lizard, and a gecko. Geckos are common in this area, but finding a cockroach inside the living space was a dealbreaker for me. Housekeeping needs to be more thorough with sealing doors and keeping rooms pest-free. If you are squeamish about bugs and reptiles, you might want to look elsewhere.
