    So I will start with the fact, that when I arrived I was asked for a cash deposit! I told them that I booked through Agoda and I was not made aware of any such a requirement. Then when I asked for a receipt for the handed over the money, the guy there who did not speak almost any English refused to give me any receipt for the cash. Then I had a call with the manager/supervisor and after a short argument they refrained from asking me for any cash deposit. Another problematic issues: the guy at the reception behaved in a very hostile, inappropriate and unfriendly manner (thankfully at least the supervisor lady on the phone was nice and tried to help me with the issues...). The check out time: it was clearly listed, that the check-out time is 12:30pm as per Agoda and the instructions. Yet, the guy at the reception kept arguing with me, that I have to leave before 12:00pm which was not only rude, but also against the listed and published instructions. He was not happy when I showed him the true correct facts of the property description and check-out times. I could not connect to the wifi, I was told that too many people are connected, that's why, this was obviously not the case because it has to work anyway. Finally, the supervisor on the phone agreed to reset the router and it started working for me, I appreciated that. There was black mould on the ceiling of the room in the corners which is a serious health hazard! I have the photos. Completely unacceptable! The room was full of mosquitos because they left the windows open and there is no mosquito net. As per all the above negative experience, I cannot recommend this place and I would definitely not go back!

    Clean, modern family hotel. I asked for a quiet room, I was given a room on the back, it was very quiet. Good choice of restaurants around. It is close to the airport but it is on the other side of a highway. So it is not easy to walk, you need to go a little far to use a crossover. A taxi charged me 70 Baths to go there. And a Grab charged me 50 Baths, to bring me to the airport at 2:00 AM in the night. The family members are managing the hotel, they are very friendly. Many thanks to them all.

    Not good location, if you are going to airport for day time flight.,though very near the airport - the traffic very heavy
