    Room itself was acceptable. Bed was kinda clean, shower was hot, AC was okay and they provided 2 water bottles with parking right outside the room. That part was convenient. The bathroom was the main issue. Faucets were broken, floor was dirty, bidet was unclean, and AC pipes were exposed. They showed me 2 rooms - the first was dirty so I refused, the second was even worse, so I kept the first one. I understand maintenance happens. But the photos online don’t reflect the actual condition. Please use real photos instead of misleading guests. Current listing feels like a scam. *Rating: 2/5*

    ห้องพักฝุ่นเยอะมาก ตามสภาพราคาเอาแค่นอนไม่ต้องคิดเยอะแต่ก็ยังมีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ใช้แต่ผ้าเช็ดตัวเหม็นอับหน่อย ไม่ต้องคิดมากเป็นเรื่องปกติของโรงแรมราคาประมาณนี้ ฝักบัวอาบน้ำราขึ้นเยอะมาก ห้องน้ำราเต็มกำแพง ถ้านักเดินทางไม่ได้ซีเรียสก็แค่นอนแล้วก็ไปต่อ

    บริหารจัดการแย่มากค่ะ ทาง agoda confirm booking แต่ resort cancel ซึ่งเราจ่ายเงินกับอโกด้าไปแล้ว กลางดึกผู้จัดการรีสอร์ท มาแจ้งเราให้โอนเงิน ให้ทางโรงแรมโดยตรงอีกรอบ จรกว่าเค้าจะติดต่อกับ agoda ได้ และจะโอนคืนเรา จนตอนเช้า เราไปตามเรื่อง แจ้งว่าติดต่ออโกด้าได้แล้ว แต่ก็ยังไม่โอนเงินคืนเรา เท่ากับเราเสียค่าห้องสองรอบ และตอนนี้รอดูว่าจะคืนเมื่อไหร่ เพราะเราให้เงื่อนไขว่าต้องโอนก่อนเรา check out และนี่ check out มาเกือยสองชั่วโมงแล้ว แย่มากค่ะ ไม่แนะนำ
