First, there were mosquitoes in the room. The screen in the bathroom was not tightly closed, and the room was on the first floor, which may have made it easier for mosquitoes to get in. Second, I was given only one key card. If I left the room to get something from the car, I would have to leave the key card in the room so the other person could keep the lights on. However, getting back into the room was not easy without asking the lady at the front desk for assistance. If there are two guests staying in the room, and the receptionist has registered both of them, two key cards should always be provided.
