    The location of this property is amazing. The view is heart breaking and the staff are friendly and will do their best to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

    Everything is good except it’s too expensive for the room size and facilities provided. In addition, during my stay there was power outage at night, I tried to call staff for asking what happened, but no one answered my call at all. The hotel should have at least 1 staff available at night shift too.

    We stayed in the Triple Deluxe Room and were absolutely delighted with our choice. The room looked exactly like the photos on the website, if anything, it was even better in person. Everything was spotlessly clean, very well maintained, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome. The complimentary amenities were incredibly generous. There were plenty of drinks and snacks available, and we were pleasantly surprised to even find complimentary ice cream! Another highlight was the shower, the water pressure was honestly one of the best we’ve experienced anywhere in Thailand. The location is simply stunning. We could see Sarika Waterfall from our balcony and it was just a short walk away to visit it. The resort restaurant sits right beside the waterfall, so breakfast and dinner came with a spectacular VIP view of the cascading water. We even had our own toaster at the table, which was a small but thoughtful touch that made breakfast feel extra special. What truly made this stay memorable, though, was the service. Every member of staff we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. We were welcomed with refreshing drinks on arrival, and they even prepared farewell drinks for us to enjoy on the drive home, a lovely gesture that perfectly summed up their hospitality. Overall, this was one of our favourite stays in Thailand. Beautiful location, comfortable rooms, excellent food, and outstanding service. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re visiting the area. Highly recommended! 🌿💚
