I really disappointed when they charged for towel and pillow case and putting blame on us cz dirty...the 1st day we check in wanted to take bath we saw a stains at the towel and we thought it's maybe cz the towel in white colour and the next day when we went out the cleaner's came and changed the towels without our request..on the day we check out the the staff deduct our booking payment cz she told me the towel and pillow case dirty..my suggestion change the towel colour and bedsheets pillow case everything instead of white..1st time I experienced this kind of issues so many hotels I hv stayed before none of them deduct booking fees regarding dirty..

Unfortunately, I have to pay ( not deposit) for an extra pillow. One pillow multiplied how many nights you stay :(
