    I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our stay. We were pressured to pay extra money for charges that were never clearly explained, and when we questioned them, they became threatening instead of trying to resolve the issue respectfully. Based on my experience, I felt that foreign guests were treated unfairly and pressured into paying additional fees. This made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I would advise other travelers to carefully review all charges and be cautious before making any extra payments. I cannot recommend this hotel due to the poor customer service and the way we were treated.
