    This is a self checkin hotel so I didn't see any staff either welcomed by one but the Agoda chat system with the owner is pretty helpful. The staff helped me with self checkin real time. Found it hard to do checkin at first tho since the passcode didn't work fast but the landlord was able to help in few mins via chat. It is super duper clean. The location is very good to the mall like less than 10 min walk which is very good since I came for a concert/ fan meet anyway. One thing to improve I think is the location in Grab Car. I experienced 2-3x with driver having pickup location even though I manually pinned the right address, the drivers keep on picking me up at the next street which would take 2 min walk
