    Everything was so great! The staff were super welcoming, especially the girl at the counter who was extremely nice and helpful. Had a really good sleep and total value for money. Also, the hotel cat stole the show! So cute that everyone walking by just had to stop and pet it. It’s basically the face of the hotel at this point . you guys should honestly get it a little staff uniform! 😆🐈😻

    I stayed here for more than two months on different trips. The hotel is exceptional in everything. Never seen anything like it during my travels to 17 countries. The staff , owners, rooms and everything is beyond perfect. I don’t have enough words to describe it but Its really the best of the best. Namthip is beyond words. Her kindness and smiles always fills the hotel with warmth and love. Everyone who sees the review just book it and you will never regret it. It’s unbelievable and feels like home.

    My hotel water heater stopped working on Sunday Its Tuesday today and no one has done anything about it. I have complained 3 times. I was going to stay another week but booked somewhere else.
