    I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with old, worn-out furniture that looked like it hadn't been replaced in years. The bathroom fittings were broken, making it inconvenient to use. There was no lift, so carrying luggage up the stairs was difficult. To make matters worse, the hotel entrance is through a massage center, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. The TV was not working through half of our stay, and the air conditioner leaked water into the room. There was no housekeeping service other than morning time, they had only one time house keeping seevice. For anything urgent you have beg to the only front desk attendant, like i had to do for the waters from AC that were spilled on the floor. hotel also had no intercom, making it difficult to contact the front desk for assistance. Overall, the service was extremely poor, and the facilities were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

    No staff or facilities to help out with issues - AC was blasting full night in one room without a remote or button to switch off - it had direct connection. We had to close the room and not use it, to prevent rest of the apartment freezing. There was no staff during 3 days stay to assist on this. Also the entry is very shady, through a massage parlour - totally avoid - no lift.

    I checked in and check out the same night. The room is okay and you get what you pay. If you’re only looking for a place to sleep, its okay. But toilet was old.
