    The hotel provides a very delicious and diverse food in the open buffet, a nice bar with good cocktails and very welcoming staff, especially Mina from guests relations she was so friendly and helpful, and the orange club was so good.

    The vibes the atmosphere is so good, the staff are so nice and welcoming especially the Mina from guests relations she was very helpful and took good care of us, the rooms were okay the A/C wasn’t working properly, but other than that everything is good

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Orange County Kemer’de geçirdiğimiz tatil maalesef sona erdi ancak geriye harika anılar kaldı. Açıkçası gelmeden önce okuduğumuz bazı olumsuz yorumlar nedeniyle kafamızda soru işaretleri vardı. Fakat daha ilk günden itibaren bu yorumların bizim deneyimimizi yansıtmadığını gördük. Otelin mimarisi gerçekten etkileyici. Hollanda konsepti tesise farklı bir atmosfer katıyor. Havuz alanları, iskele, deniz, ortak kullanım alanları ve genel düzen oldukça başarılı. Özellikle gün batımında iskelenin ve denizin sunduğu manzara unutulmazdı. Elbette her tesiste olduğu gibi ufak tefek eksiklikler veya herkesin beklentisine göre değişebilecek küçük detaylar olabilir. Ancak genel tabloya baktığımızda aldığımız hizmet beklentilerimizin çok üzerindeydi. Bu oteli özel kılan en önemli unsur ise kesinlikle çalışanları. Tatil boyunca güler yüzleri, ilgileri ve profesyonellikleriyle bizleri çok memnun ettiler. Özellikle barmen Kadir Topçu’ya, Gaziantepli Ali’ye, Mustafa’ya, Fries Standı’ndan Halis Çiçek’e ve Misafir İlişkileri departmanından Olcay Bey’e ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. İsimlerini sayamadığım birçok çalışan da aynı şekilde son derece ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Bu arkadaşların emeklerinin mutlaka takdir edilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Konaklamamız sırasında tanıştığımız bazı misafirlerin yıllardır düzenli olarak bu oteli tercih ettiğini öğrendik. Tatilimizin sonunda bunun nedenini çok net anladık. Misafir memnuniyetini ön planda tutan, çalışanlarıyla fark yaratan ve tekrar gelme isteği uyandıran bir tesis. Orange County Kemer ekibine unutulmaz bir tatil yaşattıkları için teşekkür ederiz. Biz çok memnun ayrıldık ve ilk fırsatta tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz. Kemer’de tatil planlayan herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

    I asked for high floor room before booking and I got a room in ground floor, noise at sleeping time after 12 closing the door of corridor make is wake. Actually makes the room wall shake.
