    Close to airport and flexible. Near to very local Market, stalls, Bars, Breakfast

    Room services are offered very sporadically. The shower door tracks are full of mold. The top of the furniture are full of dust. The walls are super thin, you can hear (loudly) when someone clears his/her throat in the neighboring room, or when they are talking. The janitors just leave a couple of bottles of water in front of the door, not bothering with refreshing the room or checking if you need more toilet paper. The first 5 days I was impressed (a bit) but then it all went downhill. This accommodation is not worth the price at all. Not recommended!

    After a tired journey from Pai back to Chiangmai, I was refused to check in because it was fully booked. The person in charge said they have told Agoda to cancel my booking and I should receive an email, but I didn't. I was forced to phone other hotel by calling them 1 by 1, after many calls, I managed to get a bunk bed in a dorm room. This is terrible.
