    Stayed at this hotel, during check out i forget to take my charger and cable however, during check out time the person checked the room but failed to at least report that there is a left item behind... Where is the integrity of the staff?

    The hotel is located next to the BTS train station, with shops and restaurants nearby; the room was spacious and clean.

    I actually like the hotel, but because of my experience have to give it a lower rating. I told them shower temp was either cold or hot, nothing inbetween, the upper shower didn't work, and there was no conditioner. It took until the day I left to fix it after telling them 3 times so I didn't get a shower. The male staff was pretty cold and didn't really listen so it could be fixed correctly. The room was small but nice. I asked for one comp day, since I was coming back to Bangkok, and all they would offer was the room for 50% more than I paid, a slightly bigger room, 4pm checkout, and a breakfast I wouldn't eat. It wasn't about the money; I asked for a comp day just to show they cared and took their mistake seriously. Also, they need to clean their windows; there's bird poop all down the window.
