    I had requested early check in at 8 am on special request option but they accepted booking without accepting the special request just because of this I had to spend 6 hours in airport due to non refundable booking they neither accepted request nor canceled booking. They asked 250 Bhat extra for early booking also need to go to another property for stay. Beware of this book accordingly.
