A great-value, basic hotel that offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the central location is a real highlight, making it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area. I particularly loved the views from the balcony, which were a lovely bonus and made the room even more enjoyable. The smart TV is excellent, with plenty of entertainment options for relaxing in the evening, and the Wi-Fi was very good throughout my stay. The air conditioning works really well, which is essential in the Thai heat, and another big positive is how quiet the room is when the windows are closed. Despite being centrally located, I was able to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep without being disturbed by outside noise. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable and well-equipped hotel that offers very good value for money. It may be a basic option rather than a luxury hotel, but it gets the important things right: cleanliness, location, reliable facilities and a comfortable room. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable base in Pattaya, especially if you value being close to everything without compromising on a good night's sleep.

Nice staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast and so much to see. The resort layout and design and what they have done is amazing. We really enjoyed looking around and there is always someone near to direct you in the right direction. Thanks for having us.

Hotel is very different. Very big and full of old Knick knacks. But very dark, mostly all covered. Small pool but not the best for sitting around. Room was very dark and balcony was covered and full of hanging plants in front so couldn’t see river and again very dark. Arrived back from Khao Yai 8.15 and cafe/restaurant all closed. No other food options. Breakfast is limited. Interesting for a wander and look at curios but wouldn’t stay again
