Traveling with my senior citizen mom. The reason why this is not ideal for us is because there is no elevator or staff to help with the luggage. Our room is in the 4th floor with steep stairs.
Check in and check out was a breeze. They sent you an instruction online. No staff or anything. Just key in the code and go straight to the room number they sent you.
The bathroom doesn't close properly. It's kinda not clean and there are dead cockroaches.
Location wise, it's okay, walking distance to Yaowarat road. I can't really say anything about public transportation because we use Grab.
Overall, i think this is okay if you are young or a solo traveler and on a budget. But this is not advisable for disabled, pregnant, or senior citizen.

I’m not sure if this is something I should have had to experience as a guest. Even though this is just a small guesthouse, I believe that the quality of service should not be measured by the size of the business.
My girlfriend and I stayed there for one night. I booked a room with a Queen-size bed. The guesthouse was clean and everything was fine overall, although the room might be a little small for guests who plan to stay in and relax without going out.
I checked in at 6:00 PM and went out at around 6:40 PM. There is no reception desk, but there was a staff member who helped us check in as soon as we arrived.
After I had been out for about an hour, the staff member messaged me saying, “The housekeeper accidentally gave you the wrong room. You are supposed to be in room … Could you please come back to the guesthouse to move to the correct room?”
I was confused because there wasn’t even an apology in the message. And no provide, why,I have to move. As a guest, I couldn’t help but wonder: Why should the customer have to take responsibility for an inconvenience caused by the guesthouse’s own mistake?
Also, there was no significant difference between the two rooms.
I think the guesthouse should pay more attention to basic courtesy and customer service. The housekeeper who came to help us move to the other room did apologize, and I appreciate that. However, I still don’t understand why I was expected to come back and change rooms because of a mistake made by the guesthouse.
If the guesthouse assigned the wrong room to a guest, I believe it should be the guesthouse’s responsibility to find a suitable solution, rather than asking the customer to go back and move their belongings.
If anyone is reading my review, I’ll leave it up to you to consider the situation and make your own judgment.
Honestly, I had planned to stay here regularly because I need to come to this area every week. But after this experience, I may have to reconsider.
