Stuffs were invisible. 🤪. But the location was good. So not search the hotel in Google, the hotel name has changed to Mitr inn. I was lost for few minutes searching the hotel via Google. But when I checked the Google, got the information that the hotel name is different. 👻

Rest Inn is a very unique place that is impossible to describe in one word. It's old, gritty, lop-sided, inconvenient but also exciting, quirky & fascinating! The inn is hard to find (through small, rustic alleyways) but the location is excellent once you become familiar with the surroundings. It feels like you're going back in time when you're here! Be warned that there are no elevators, but a narrow, slanted staircase that can be tricky/dangerous, especially if you have large luggage. Our room did not have any windows, which we didn’t mind. There was a small refrigerator that barely worked, a table (instead of a dresser) that was on the verge of collapsing, a creaky, crooked bed, and a small dining table with 2 stools. We believe the whole building is slanted because everything was crooked which we found amusing. The bathroom was barren so there was no place to put our toiletries. There is so much potential to make this inn amazing but it would require some upgrades.
With the disclaimers out of the way, it has so much character that it feels like somewhere an author would want to write a novel. It is right in the heart of the most vibrant Chinatown we've experienced. All the bustle, energy, and vibrance you could imagine. The alleyways are like a movie, life has a different flavor, and we couldn't be happier to have chosen the Rest Inn. It's everything aspiring writers and wanderstruck backpackers could ask for.
