    No check in counter, staff took my passport and went into the back with it without letting me in. Charged a deposit to my credit card and said it was a hold, but ended up charging in full. The deposit was returned in cash. Hot water not working.

    Had to ask them to clean room, No kettle, coffee making facilities, no charging station, towels frayed, shower didn't have hot water however the spa bath did & was charged 250 baht for bath soap. It is secure however no in room safe. the last night we had loud music that kept us awake for hours from another room
