My experience at Morph Bangkok Hotel was extremely disappointing. This will definitely be my first and last stay at this hotel, and I would not recommend it to my friends or family. Firstly, despite the room being equipped with a housekeeping button, I pressed it in the morning to request room cleaning, but no one attended to the room throughout the entire day. I also specifically requested housekeeping and additional toilet paper before leaving the hotel in the morning. However, when I returned at night, the room had still not been cleaned, and the toilet paper had not been replenished. The service was so inadequate that I had to walk to a 7-Eleven myself to purchase toilet paper, which is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel guest. Basic necessities and housekeeping services should be provided without guests having to chase for them or settle such matters themselves. Secondly, the soundproofing was extremely poor. Loud music and karaoke could be heard throughout the day and night, making it almost impossible to get proper rest or a good night's sleep. A hotel should provide a comfortable and peaceful environment for its guests, but unfortunately, this was far from the case. Additionally, I observed quite a number of guests who appeared to be under the influence of drugs, which further contributed to my discomfort and concerns about the overall environment and guest experience. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The poor housekeeping service, failure to provide basic necessities, inadequate soundproofing, and uncomfortable environment made my stay thoroughly unpleasant. The hotel seriously needs to improve its housekeeping standards, noise control, and overall guest experience. This will be my first and last stay at Morph Bangkok Hotel. I strongly advise future travellers to consider other accommodation options rather than risk experiencing the same disappointment.
