    ครั้งนี้เป็นการเข้าพักครั้งที่ 2 ของเรา ครั้งแรกประทับใจมากจนตัดสินใจกลับมาพักอีกครั้ง แต่ครั้งนี้ค่อนข้างผิดหวังค่ะ เมื่อเข้าห้องพัก รู้สึกว่าห้องไม่ได้รับการทำความสะอาดอย่างทั่วถึง พื้นห้องยังมีเส้นผมตกอยู่หลายเส้น และหมอนกับเตียงมีกลิ่นอับ ทำให้รู้สึกไม่ค่อยสบายใจในการเข้าพัก นอกจากนี้ เราได้โทรไปขอหมอนเพิ่มอีก 1 ใบ แต่พนักงานแจ้งว่าห้องพักเต็มจึงไม่มีหมอนให้ ซึ่งทำให้เราสงสัยว่าโรงแรมไม่มีหมอนสำรองไว้เลยหรือ เพราะหากหมอนในห้องมีปัญหาหรือสกปรก ก็น่าจะมีหมอนสำรองสำหรับลูกค้า อีกเรื่องที่อยากฝากไว้คือการบริการของพนักงาน พนักงานที่เราเจอไม่ค่อยเป็นมิตร สีหน้าและน้ำเสียงไม่ค่อยต้อนรับ ทำให้ประสบการณ์การเข้าพักครั้งนี้ไม่ดีเท่าครั้งก่อน หวังว่าทางโรงแรมจะนำความคิดเห็นนี้ไปปรับปรุง เพราะครั้งแรกที่เราพักประทับใจมาก และอยากเห็นมาตรฐานการบริการกลับมาเหมือนเดิม
