Towels were yellow with fray or torn edges and there were patches of yellow stains on bed linens . Booked this for about 1200baht but there was no coffee or tea, kettle and hairdryer in room. There was no wifi network though password was provided in the room. There are only two power outlet in the room and already used for TV and fridge. Overall, the interior fittings are worn out or old and needs some simple refurbishment. There was no clear signage to direct guest to Check in. The hotel is making its staff to multi task between Front desk, cleaning and other operations work and that left the Check in office empty most of time. My driver and I were confused when we missed the office and drove into the resort with no security stopping us. Hotel management needs to learn more about hospitality management and provide hospitality training to its staff

We are very disappointed as the cottages are in very bad conditions. There are bed bugs and the toilet tiles looks dirty and the water pressure is low. We stayed a night although we have booked for 2 nights. The place do not match the pictures shown in the internet.
