    -วิลล่าสวยตกแต่งดีมาก อุปกรณ์ครบมีเมนูร้านใกล้ๆให้สั่งอาหารเข้ามาส่งได้ -แอร์ห้องนอนที่มีสองเตียงมีเสียงดัง เสียดายแจ้งแม่บ้านให้ทราบช้า(หลังหกโมงเย็น) จึงไม่มีช่างเข้ามาแก้ไขให้

    Hotel have good designs overall. But a few things really troubled us during our stay. 1) Cleanliness: overall ok, but there were hairs all over the floor, on the sofa, in the bathroom, and some on the bed. I had to get rid of them before Made us doubt whether the room been really cleaned before we arrive. 2) The Hot-Cold water shower: There were no in-between. Water was either boiling hot or freezing cold. Doesn't sound like much, but when you have a baby with you, it's impossible to get a good shower because the water temperature were never right. Had to improvised and ended up using really cold shower to not burn her skin. 3) The Slippery Bathroom Floor: The tiles look nice, but extremely slippery when wet. My kid slipped twice even when we were holding her hand while showering with the freezing water. Even I almost slipped one time. Need some real adjustment here before someone get really hurt. We almost like the hotel. It's got good views of the mountain, the design looks attractive, the staff were friendly and welcoming. But those drawbacks are real, and it held back our experiences so much. Hope the management could do something about this, so that others will get better experience in the future
