    Overall I feel this hotel good and location is place for everyone easy to access. Recommend to everyone and will stay again in future

    The only reason why my fiancé and I wanted to stay here was because we wanted to try the jacuzzi in the room. The room was spacious and due to that we could sometimes hear echoes when we speak. The toilet bowl was creaking and everytime we used it we felt like it was going to break. They should get it checked before it ends up hurting someone. The TV was way too small. The cleaning lady was the highlight of our stay. We stayed for 3 nights and made sure we received our water bottles during our stay. I couldn't say much about other staffs especially the receptionist as they made no effort to greet or smile. Hatyai made us felt so welcomed.
