    I have stayed here a few times and have always found it to be clean and comfortable. The price is a good value for the quality of the rooms. The only drawback is noise from other customers using the stairs or hallways. For the most part it is fairly quiet considering the number of bars on this street. There are many dining options nearby and in the city of Udon Thani. It is also close to the old bus station and the train station.

    Great location in the nightlife area, but it's quiet even in the evening. Small car park, might be tricky to find a parking space if its fully booked. Wlan was poor. Very well equipped room, as well with face towel, slippers and a rope! Friendly staff Would defenitely stay again

    The pros: The service is excellent, the rooms ar clean and has hard bed which is normal in Thailand, location is central and 5 minutes’ walk to Central Plaza. The Negatives: The major problem I had, and heard other tenants complain about is the high level of the air conditioners’ compressor noise. They are old and are attached to the walls of the rooms, the walls vibrate and hum as a result of it. I have changed five rooms (Deluxe double and deluxe queen) and had ear plugs, and still it didn’t help. The noise level averages between 65 and 80 decibels, see images. I finally paid extra for the King Size room which had a quiet air conditioner and good TV reception, but the internet signal was still weak. I have cancelled my future bookings and went with another hotel. There should be a balance between making money and providing adequate comfort to the paying tenants.
