    It was an amazing experience for us! The food, service and the cleaning was 10/10. The view was outstanding. Everything we needed they brought us right away. Snd celebrate with us out honeymoon. We will definitely come back.

    We had been looking forward to our stay at this resort, and the property itself is beautiful. However, we encountered a few issues that unfortunately affected our overall experience. 1. No Running Water & No Concern Upon waking up, we discovered there was no running water in our room for the entire morning. After calling the front desk, we were simply informed of a "pipe leakage" with no further updates or assistance. While we understand that unforeseen issues can occur, some proactive communication—perhaps a courtesy note or a call informing guests of the situation —would have been appreciated. For a hotel of this caliber, the lack of a contingency plan was surprising. No bottled water was offered for washing up, we were unable to even clean our face or brush our teeth. 2. Challenges with Activity Booking We had emailed ahead to book activities, but upon arrival, we found that none of our bookings had been registered, so we had to make them all in person. Later, a staff made an error with our kayaking booking time. When we brought this to their attention, they were unable to offer an alternative slot or any practical solution. It would have been helpful if a bit more flexibility had been shown to accommodate the situation, we even had to move our lunch plans for this booking activity. 3. Room and Amenity Notes While the room itself was pretty, it was different from the photos we saw on Agoda. The color scheme and also vibes of the room was much more “modern”. Furthermore, for a resort offering abundant water sports and a pool, providing only one towel per person in the hotel room seemed a bit weird and insufficient. We had to use damp, sandy towels for multiple activities. Conclusion: This is a lovely hotel with great potential. With improved attention to detail in guest communication and a more proactive approach to problem-solving, it could truly deliver the 5-star experience it promises. We hope this feedback is helpful for the management.
