Please mention there is no lift - because it is difficult to climb 2 floors with baggage. & some more breakfast options. Else, all is good.

I booked this place mainly because of the location — it’s close to the Old Town and the Night Bazaar, which made getting around really convenient. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious, and the staff were friendly throughout the stay. A few things to note though: There is NO elevator, so if your room is on the 3rd floor, expect to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. The pool is located right in the front near reception, which felt a bit awkward privacy-wise. One morning the hotel experienced a power outage, so that may be something to keep in mind. The biggest downside for me was probably the actual entrance location. The hotel sits inside a small alleyway. At night the alley gets pretty dark. It didn’t feel particularly dangerous, but it also wasn’t the most comfortable walk late in the evening. Overall, still a decent stay if location near the main attractions is your priority.

Our room was perfect for a short stay. Bed was comfortable. Pool was a great way to cool off after a busy sightseeing day. The hotel provided robes to use during our stay! Clean and modern retreat.

The basics were just not there. AC did not work leaving you hot and sweaty whether you’re outside or in. Free WiFi was so unuseable they need to remove it from the offering. Had to use data whole time at the hotel. Noise - you can hear anyone and everyone walking up and down, you feel like everyone is listening to you. Staff were excellent and pool was good, the only pros.
