    same good location and good cafe for breakfast. However, staff need to be trained to be more proactive, my email to clarify late show up was not answered.

    The hotel was near a busy street making for a convenient stop for taxis. It was also a few hundred meters from the train station making travel to other areas convenient. A big mall was also nearby. At the time, there was construction near the hotel which contributed to the noise of traffic.

    Location is good, staff is friendly. But room really need to Reno, aircon is suck , totally no cold, furniture is old. The Hotel Just look good when u step in from the entrance. TV program very limited . I won’t recommend for this hotel. I don’t understand how can get 8.6/ 10. I think 6 mark is good enough .
