    I received a different room type from what I had originally booked. Additionally, the curtains at the door and in the bathroom were broken and couldn’t be closed, which was a concern for me as I was traveling alone. It seemed like the room hadn't been used for a while, as there was dust and some lizard droppings in various areas such as the bed, shelves, floor, entrance, window, washbasin, and toilet. This contributed to an unhygienic feeling, and there was also an unpleasant odor. I believe addressing these issues could significantly improve the overall guest experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
