    Family 4 inc 18 year old daughter / 13 year old son. Arrived to find that we are literally the only guests in the whole hotel. We were asked to fill in a sheet ticking what we wanted for breakfast each day of the 5 day stay - it ended up being the same breakfast everyday- the staff were exceptional, the only positive of the stay. The restaurant closed at 6pm 1st night, 8pm 2nd night & 6pm every night thereafter, based on there being 8 more guests on the 2nd day that were going to eat in the restaurant hence they stayed open till 8pm. I remind you that Agoda has this hotel rated as 5 star - literally from 6pm everynight there is NO room service at all - nothing - u are at the mercy of the outside vendors who literally all close around the same time ! There is nothing available at the hotel to entertain you since nothing is open - no sauna / steam / massages- nothing. Presumably cause there is no guests!! From the pictures you will note the shower, the pool deck had no cushions to sit on the concrete seats or sunloungers We booked this hotel in good faith- never were we told that a 5 star hotel would be literally empty & that a no room service would be available from 6pm to 8am the next day. To say this is a 5 star - does injustice to those that genuinly are 5 star - agoda have alot to answer for - they have facilitated a advert that is clearly misleading in everyway. As I stated the staff were great - the only thing that I can genuinly state as positive. Be very weary when booking - if u want a solitary stay then this is your choice - but to not even have the availability of room service after 6pm is travesty - i dont recolate any mention of this in the advert when booking.

    The location is excellent. The hotel is directly opposite the beach, which is peaceful, clean, and not crowded. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, they helped carry our luggage from the car to our room, which we really appreciated. The security staff were also outstanding. Every time we crossed the road to the beach, they were always attentive and helped stop or check for oncoming traffic, making it much safer and more convenient for guests. Also there is a dog on the beach. He is very friendly please go to play with him when you visited this place One thing to note is that the hotel does not provide any kitchenware. If you plan to bring your own food, be sure to bring your own utensils as well. The only downside was the check-in experience. We arrived at the hotel around 3:00 p.m., but the staff informed us that our room was still being cleaned, so we had to wait for about 30 minutes. When we finally entered the room, the floor was still wet and there was a strong smell of cleaning products.

    The rooms are clean, and all the staff are friendly and cheerful. The security guard in front of the hotel is also good. When I cross the street to walk by the sea, they check the cars for customers 👍👍👍
