Location is next lake, my room had excellent view of the lake. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Super clean, staff and good parking. The only thing for me was lack of walking shower as shower was inside the bathtub. Everything else, including room amenities and breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Best Hotel on the Phayao Lake

🏨 Atmosphere: Good view with the lake and the local atmosphere. However, as a family with a very young kid, the hotel is not a place for relaxation and peaceful anymore. We have been disappointed because the hotel room isn’t soundproof at all especially for the VIP/corner room that is closed to the road and the most expensive type. It’s absolutely noisy that is not suitable for relaxation and sleep. Additionally, the area and viewpoint in front of the hotel have been the point for the regular province stages, festivals, and walking street that attract a lot of people, tourist and loudness. Therefore, this hotel will not be our family choice at Phayao anymore. 🛎️ Service: Nice male staff at the door and bellboy. He helped us with a lot of kind service. The receptionists are quite polite. Anyway, the hotel staffs could not give us the correct answers about what happened around the hotel. They tend to avoid to give us the information about the loudly stages and markets in front of the hotel. All responses are not clear and not exactly what happens. The guests must confront and try to fix the problems from the loudness from the stages in front of the hotel. That made me pissed of. At late night until the early morning, they don’t have any receptions or the security guards to be ready in service but you can ask for him that is sleeping behind the reception/lobby corner. 💰 Price: Fair with the VIP room coming up with the good view. But not valuable for relaxation and peacefulness. 🛏️ Facilities: Breakfast included that is pleasant for our family. We are quite happy with that. They have some bicycles for the guests. Anyway, we feel that the good smell of the hotel has been gone. It doesn’t look like one of the famous hotels at Phayao. They should improve at this point with some aroma atmosphere inside the hotel especially for the lobby. Parking is good but I think that when it has some stages, fairs or festivals in front of the hotel, they allow the VIP guests or other people to park here. 🚗 Transportation: It’s massively easy to find the hotel. 7-11 is next to the hotel; 500m by walking. There isn’t any public transportation passing by the hotel.
