    Es la segunda vez que estamos, la zona es muy tranquila y a la vez cerca de la playa, restaurantes, masajes La casa es amplia para una pareja,la cama muy cómoda, las vistas preciosas, hay baño abajo también.Tienen cositas que necesitan algún cambio pero están arreglándolo como pudimos ver. El personal es muy amable y atento, cada vez que hemos necesitado algo no solo nos han ayudado, han tomado la iniciativa si veían que nos hacía falta algo y hasta iban más allá y tenían detalles muy bonitos como regalarnos fruta porque ese día había ruido por mantenimiento, algo de la casa, ayudarnos con el aparcamiento o como cuando nos falló la moto, dejarnos entrar antes del check in… Ai nos regaló arroz glutinoso para traernos a nuestro país, que estamos deseando probar jjj Acabamos de volver y ya estamos deseando repetir

    This place is amazing and the service is one of the best that I have experienced in my 11 years of living in Thailand. When we needed something the management organized/delivered immediately. They are very friendly, caring and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and the swimming pool and outdoor kitchen was amazing. Would definitely recommend this place!

    You definitely get what you pay for on Koh Samui specifically. Elsewhere in Thailand you can find genuinely good deals, but not on this island. Low prices on rooms here just mean less. I stayed only 4 nights of my 8-night stay, paying extra to change my flight, because the location was too budget for my comfort level. I mistakenly assumed the cheaper price was due to location and non-peak timing. Good points: check-in staff were kind, it's a standalone unit so no shared walls, the room and shower were very spacious, pillows were comfortable, they left local restaurant menus including a 24-hour option, and the maintenance guy came out to clean the pool every single morning without fail, which I genuinely appreciated. Cleanliness overall I'd rate 7/10. The bed was rock hard. The pool walls were dirty with a filmy residue on the water, and it never recirculated. Realistically it functions more like an oversized shared bathtub than a pool, since the water sits unchanged for long stretches and other guests are soaking in the same water before you. I dealt with bugs daily, and I was told the water hadn't been changed in about two months. A neighboring pool with filtered water existed, but I was told it wasn't part of my unit, apparently a new system being tested. The duvet had a blood stain, and the towels had stains and dead bugs (photos available). The robe's belt was half missing. Slippers were single-use at best, floors weren't clean, bring your own shower shoes. I requested a quiet, out-of-the-way spot and got an end unit away from the road, but the building next door had slats missing from the privacy fence, so my pool had maybe 80% privacy at best, and someone nearby was smoking or burning something at times.
