    excellent well furnished very large room. The maids and cleaning staff are friendly and do a good job cleaning the rooms and hotel however i recommend that the female staff members who are at the reception desk need to be more friendly and smile and not look unhappy all the time when talking to the guests. Maybe the owner or boss needs to get the maids and cleaners to work the reception desk for a week and let the current receptions desk staff learn from them on how to smile and be freindly towards guests. Or hire new staff that are welcoming and friendly. Great hotel rooms for the money. i will return always here when i pass by that area.

    Pros: Decent size room, one of the more comfortable beds I’ve had in Thailand. Staff were pleasant. Cons: The bathroom smelled like a lingering bowel movement, there was someone else’s short and curly hair on the floor, the tiles are covered with black mould and the water gun leaked, the dripping noise was irritating. There is nothing in walking distance however there are a few options via Grab. The windows and balcony don’t shut properly due to warping. This means incessant banging which echoes through the building as different residents open and close windows, you hear them many rooms and floors over. You can hear people thumping up and down the corridor and maids cleaning and banging many rooms over. There is no soundproofing. A knock at any door will wake you even if not your room being visited. As I found out at 5am when a group decided to wake one another… and the entire hotel. My neighbour liked to sit outside with his phone on speaker shouting at whoever he was talking to, he may as well have been in my room. All in all I wouldn’t recommend unless you were guaranteed to be the only guest…. and didnt get the second floor room that smelled of poo.
