This is my fifth stay at The Raya, and I have always enjoyed coming back because of its convenient location. The hotel is within walking distance of massage parlours and conveniently located near both the MRT and BTS stations. However, during this stay, I was rather surprised to learn that there was an additional charge for extra pillows, as this had not been the case during my previous visits. Apart from this unexpected change, my stay was generally pleasant, and I still appreciate the convenience and location of the hotel. I hope the hotel will continue to maintain the standards that have kept me coming back over the years.

Great place on thick of action, close to shopping and public transport. I like specially their very spacious rooms. Breakfast sufficient with quite a variation of dishes. Plenty of restaurants nearby

Staff were great and helpful but the bathroom needs to be upgraded, there was a lot of mould around the corner of the bathtub, which was disgusting, and the aisle to the room was dark.
