    An absolutely wonderful stay with exceptional service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a truly amazing stay at this hotel and completely fell in love with the experience. The property is beautiful, incredibly clean, and perfectly maintained in every way. What truly makes this place special is the outstanding staff—everyone was exceptionally polite, humble, well-mannered, and deeply respectful. I lost count of how many times I requested tea and coffee, but they delivered it to my room perfectly every single time, no matter the hour. Whenever I had a question or called for assistance, they arrived right on time without any delay. Their hospitality made a huge difference during my trip, and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

    I was so happy staying here in central Bangkok that I extended my stay several times. The staff are so friendly and happy they really made my stay here wonderful. I really enjoyed having a big superior room and a nice balcony to have the occasional smoke. The room was quiet with very little in the way of noise or partying people. Super easy to oder in grab/food and have the drivers leave deliveries in hotel lobby. I found that similar hotels were at least 30-40% more expensive and not as nice. I think this will be my go to hotel for central Bangers and would certainly recommend it to my friends etc. I've stayed in hotels 5x the price and not been as happy as I have been here. Good job Alt Hotel Nana and THANK YOU to all the staff.

    The hotel has a lot of goof things to offer but there are some areas of improvement. The breakfast is excellent for the price. The facility is generally clean and the tuktuk service is good. The hotel is quite inside and it is a bit of walk, if you are trying to walk back in the rain, it can be very difficult. The nearest BTS station could be 25 to 30 minutes walk. The issues are with the pool, it is quite small, the image is a bit misleading. the lift in the second building is not as clean as it should be. The lobby is too cluttered, there is on separate luggage room. The luggage's are kept in the lobby. They have this offer of placing a card on the bed if you don't want to change the bed-sheet, then you get a drink coupon. But the cafe is closed after lunch (no evening opening or dinner) and the coupons become useless during breakfast as you are already getting coffee & juice!! They couldn't confirm me what is in the offering against the coupon. I ended up throwing away mine.
