    We went here a month ago to see if was suitable for our tour guests? We made a couple of constructive suggestions and when we returned this time were so happy to see they'd taken notice and all suggestions followed to the letter. Rooms are lovely, pool is spotless, breakfast was freshly prepared and all food piping hot (important to westerners), there was only one tiny issue which could have spoiled our stay entirely had it not been for the quick thinking manageress saving the situation. One of our guests put his key in the door to open it, key snapped off in the lock immediately before even pressure was applied. Upon informing someone, all we received was an aggressive "well, you have to buy new key for 500 Baht" to which he received an even more assertive response from us, he wouldn't even look at the metal fatigue where could plainly make out 95% of the surface had been exposed to the elements for months, only 1mm was fresh and clean break. Luckily the wonderful manageress arrived before the situation escalated any further - the idiot was not prepared to compromise. They obviously suffer from many keys being broken, it's one of those places insisting on a 500 Baht (cash only) deposit for room key. In all honesty, I would change the locks for card-key ones, problem solved. A minor issue though, we really enjoyed our stay overall.

    พนักงานบริการดี แต่ความสะอาดในห้องไม่ค่อยสะอาด ห้องน้ำสกปรก มีคราบเหลืองตามผนัง มีกลิ่นปัสสาวะแรงมากทั้งที่ยังไม่มีใครใช้ ห้องฝุ่นค่อนข้างเยอะ เตียงนอน นอนไม่สบายเป็นหลุม
